CRITERIA FOR MEMBERSHIP

An Associate Member, in order to be consider for a position on
the NIF Board of Directors (per By-laws Article IV, Section 2) ,must fulfill the following criteria:

1. Active status as an Associate Member; for up to one (1) full year before being considered as a possible board member probationary period.

2. Attendance at a minimum of 50% of board meetings within that probationary period (over 50% attendance).

3. Participation in at least 75% of NIF activities (fundraisers, etc.) during the probationary period.

If an Associate Member does not fulfill the aforementioned criteria, s/he will not be considered for a board position and her/his name may be removed from the Associate Member Roster for lack of participation and inactivity.
